Together with our budding patrons in agreement with our self-assurance, we are able to render the best and good services to our customers. We funnel our clients with the rule that our website is based on small savings with certain, benefitted and solid profit. As you know faith, trust and good schemes of packages are the backbones of any business, within a period of 30 days we are able to the earn assurance from our customers.

Kind-heartedly read a refund policy keenly before you ask for a refund. We have certain policies which necessitate being followed otherwise no refund will be done unless you be eligible for the same.

Refundable Scenarios within 30 days if:

The record isn’t online within the agreed time by the sales executive. Usually, the process takes 24 – 48 working hours in order to get the 1-5 listing on the website. You can ask for a refund if it is not live within the precise time.

After the purchase, if you have a personal reason to change your mind, or made the purchase by mistake, you can cancel the hoarding within 30 days. You will get your money through a simple course of action without further questions.

Please Note: If you purchase listing space for advertisement and it fails to perform as advised please notify us within 30 days of your purchase. In case of any issues, the support team will take care of it within 24-48 working hrs. In case they fail to attend to your issue frame us and you will get your full refund.

Non-Refundable Scenarios with the 30 Days if:

In our sole carefulness, any advert that submits any unsuitable material to our website, or our database, and misuses the site with material breach of these listings, we have the right to end such advertisement at once without refund.

Any advertisement which is foul and offensive to the employee or representative of StayOnVacations.com may lead to immediate termination of the advert without refund.

Note: We always give our client 30 days to claim, but after 30 days are expired we are unable to perform any refund to the client as you understand that time span is more than enough to have acquainted yourself with the policies and schemes of a company.

Refund Policy for the Customer who will Renew their Subscription:

When you renew your advertisement the listing remains online for the whole period without refund. When you sell your property and don’t wish your listing to appear online, feel free to contact us we remove however no refund will be remaining.

How to Submit a Refund Request:

All requests must be submitted in writing via email to refund@stayonvacations.com. we don’t accept refund via live chat or by phone. A response is issued within 24-48 hours after receiving a refund request. Remember the ticket you raise should have the following details E-mail address, Phone Number, and Advertisement ID.

Please Note: The refund policy process takes up to 48-72 hours before the refund is processed, mostly during the weekend when having few staff members.
